Archers long ago realized that the secret to projecting an arrow
at maximum speed and to a maximum distance is to create a
powerful, efficient fulcrum close to the “axis” (mid section of
the bow where the two arms meet). Matrix R&D team borrowed from
this idea to create similar efficiency in the new OZIK XCON
series. With XCON, the greater fulcrum is located closer to the
axis (the golfer). As the shaft is swung around the axis,
XCON’s butt section creates a greater momentum. XCON’s gradient
energy flow tip section allows for less deformation of that
energy and momentum. The end “mass” (the club head) travels
with greater angular velocity. This high velocity result means
higher MOI, less ball spin, and longer, more boring ball
flights. |
