Hagane Series:
Mr. Miura designed Hagane series for
seniors just like himself.
Now that his age is late 60’s, Mr. Miura
wanted to design clubs for his age group
from the senior golfer’s point of view.
Hagane series actualize Mr. Miura’s
indulgence of ideal golf play and golf clubs
for seniors.
Counter fitting system (CF system):
Unlike usual fittings, this fitting
system doesn’t rely on the flex nor weight
balance.
Miura offers four different clubs (system
1~4) which have different head weights and
grip side weights for fitting purposes.
By swinging these, customers will find
out which system will give them the best
impact timing.
Fitting Flow:
1.
Customer visits Miura Giken and tries
out four different clubs (#7, system 1 ~4).
2.
Then customer chooses the club which
gives them the most favourable swing feel
among these four systems. Katsuhiro Miura
himself will be available as a fitter, and
he will adjust the lie angle for the
customer. (No other adjustments are
available)
3.
Miura Giken will proceed to create
whole club sets accordingly. Katsuhiro Miura
himself will grind the heads, it will take
about a month to complete the order.
